Agrícola La Sénia

Agricultural cooperative with more than 75 years of history.

We are made up of more than 170 members committed to the territory, quality and the future of agriculture.

Our mission is to market and transform our partners' products.

Always taking into account efficiency and competitiveness, while offering the necessary services to members and fighting for the continuity of the sector.

The territory and our olive trees

Our oil comes from a dryland landscape marked by the wind, hard soil and olive trees that have been rooted in the territory for centuries.

A unique and demanding landscape

Working the land in La Sénia means adapting to a dry and windy climate. The difficult conditions make farming harder, but also more authentic.

Centennial and millennial olive trees

Our environment is home to trees with hundreds and even a thousand years of history. These olive trees are part of the natural and cultural heritage of the territory, and are a symbol of resistance, continuity and respect for the land.

Olive oil production

The Cooperative manages 2570 hectares of olive trees belonging to its members. Being a mostly dry-land crop, productions tend to fluctuate quite a bit between 500 tons and 8,000 tons of olives per year and season.

Oil production depends on the production of olives and their yield, and the olive oil produced ranges from 120 TN to 2,000 TN annually.
